Snorkelling in Niue should be on everyone’s bucket list – it’s an easy way to experience some of the clearest waters in the South Pacific packed with corals and marine wildlife: the vibrantly coloured fish and corals will have you feeling like you’ve jumped into an aquarium!
Our snorkel trips launch from either Avatele or Alofi (depending on conditions), and start with learning about Niue and its hidden gems. We regularly come across the resident spinner dolphins along the way allowing for a possible in-water interaction.
We then head to some of Niue’s best snorkel spots, abundant with a wide variety of reef fish and beautiful hard corals. Our experienced in-water guide will support you, take photos, and point out the amazing marine life below the surface.
When conditions are sometimes not suitable for getting out on the ocean, Niue Blue also offers land-based guided snorkel tours of the many caves, chasms, and rock pools accessed by the sea tracks.

Snorkel Tour/Dolphin Swimming
Niue Blue offers snorkel trips twice a day from Monday to Saturday, once in the morning departing at 8.30am, and in the afternoon departing at 1.30pm. Duration is 3 hrs, with all snorkelling gear, wetsuits and snorkel guide included. We also include the possibility with “in water” interactions with Niue’s resident Spinner Dolphin population.

Discover secret spots, and find private pools that are crystal clear. Learn the stories and immerse yourself in Niuean history as you walk about the sea tracks, the plant life and the unique flora.
